Now Hiring Experienced Home Care Visit Nurse, Per Diem in St. Cloud Visit Pay between /Visit

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Services may include, but not limited to; wound care, INR, Medication Management, Catheter Cares, etc.
Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Document Nurse Visits in accordance with State and Joint Commission Guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of practice. (Minnesota)
Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
Ability to Travel and Commute throughout Territory ( St. Cloud, Becker, Princeton, Foley and Surrounding Areas)
Reliable Vehicle, Current Auto Insurance, and Valid Driver's License
Skills need to include catheter change, medication management., wound care (included wound vac), INR and blood draws, lymphedema wraps

Your Schedule, Pay & Location:

Part-Time: flexible schedule
RN will perform visits, intakes (skilled and non-skilled) and reassessments.
- $80/visit, $120/non-skilled intake, and $150/skilled intake.
Weekly Pay
St. Cloud and surrounding Area
